Ojo Ayokunle also Popularly known as  "Fortizo Sg" is a Young Vibarant Leader, a Business and Career Coach, a Music Minister, a Workplace and Marketing Psychologist, a Inspirational Speaker, a Management Consultant and an Entrepreneur. His interest spans across Psychology, Music, History, Business, and Management, Entertainment, Aesthetics and Research. A graduate of Entrepreneurship development as worked in different capacities in different places ranging from A Youth Biased Empowerment Organisation to a Multinational consulting firm. Ayokunle has worked on Humanitarian Projects, going to Both Private and Public Secondary School to Expressively teach and Equip student  with Mind Education, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Vocational Skills.

In the Year 2017, he gave one of the most captivating talk at Best Brain College Bashorun Ibadan which was what brought him to lime light.

He leads a team of professionals and experts at Fortizo Consults where they coach numerous of Business People and consults for businesses in Nigeria, to the rest of the world. Fortizo Consults's  focus is on Business Development and Planning for Start-Ups, Business Mechanics and Engineering, and Business Performance Coaching and in helping Foreign Business Entrants thrive in Nigeria.

Ojo Ayokunle is a founder of Great Future Leaders' Initiative. Great Future Leaders' Initiative is A Nonprofit NGO that offers Free Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Vocational  and Life Management coaching  to individuals, teenagers, and  Youths. We provide opportunities for teenagers, students ,job seekers, artisans and professionals to access an array of the above mentioned development programs designed to empower, pivot and distinct delegates in their Chosen career, build competencies, and provide platforms for balanced expression. He is Also the Convener of The Entrepreneurship Conference" a Business Summit for Entrepreneurs to Solving all Business Related Issues for Free. Ayokunle is also the Convener of "Act of Worship", a Annual Worship Programme, Specially Designed to Give Gratitude to God in humility of Heart.

As a Workplace and Marketing Psychologist and a Management Consultant he is privileged to consults for Financial Institutions in Nigeria, Manufacturing Companies, Beauty Brands  and Major Players across different industries.

Ojo Ayokunle speaks regularly to different audiences especially young people in both Public and Private Sectors of Education in Nigeria. He also mentors undergraduates in Universities across the nation. He is a regular facilitator in key Conferences, and volunteer in other not-for-profit organizations.

He has also developed different Marketing Tests and Marketing Survey  for different purposes, categories of people, and organizations.
